The Terms of Use (“Terms”) regulate the access, browsing and use of the internet website https://publications.euroleague.net/ (the “Website” or “EB Publications”) which is owned and controlled by Euroleague Properties SA, a company registered in 60 Grand-Rue, L-1660 Luxembourg (the “EP”).

These Terms set out the terms of use of the Website and apply to all users (the “User” and/or “Users”) of the Website, as well as the services rendered through the Website (the “Services”) which include the access to publications and/or material available on the Website (the “Content”).

Any authorised use of the Content shall in all cases respect the notes relating to intellectual property rights and other information that identifies the rights of EP or third parties that are attached to the Content, as well as any technical protection devices or any other information mechanisms that may be inserted in the Content.

In order to access some of the Content, Users may be required to provide some personal details and/or to have a valid EuroLeagueID and log in with the same.

To this end, access to the Content of the Website using the EuroLeagueID of a registered user shall be understood to have been effected by the said registered user, who shall be liable in all cases for this access.

Intellectual Property Rights

Users hereby acknowledge and accept that all intellectual property rights pertaining to the Website, its source code, design, browser structure, databases, Content and/or any other elements included in the Website (trademarks, logos, trading names, texts, images, graphics, designs, sounds, databases, software, flow charts, presentation, look and feel, audio and video) are the property of EP or where expressly indicated, licensed to EP by third parties.

Under no circumstances shall access to the Website imply any kind of waiver, transfer, licence or grant of the said rights, whether wholly or in part, unless expressly otherwise established. Governing Law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg and any disputes that may arise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Luxembourgish courts.
