The Terms of Use (“Terms”) regulate the access, browsing and use of the internet website https://publications.euroleague.net/ (the “Website” or “EB Publications”) which is owned and controlled by Euroleague Properties SA, a company registered in 60 Grand-Rue, L-1660 Luxembourg (the “EP”).

These Terms set out the terms of use of the Website and apply to all users (the “User” and/or “Users”) of the Website, as well as the services rendered through the Website (the “Services”) which include the access to publications and/or material available on the Website (the “Content”).

Please read these terms of use carefully before you begin to use the Website. By using the Website and accessing the Content, you accept the terms and agree to abide by them.

EP reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service provided to you on the Website as well as these Terms at any time and thus we recommend that the Terms are reviewed on a regular basis by the Users. Updates to these Terms will be notified on the Website and will be effective immediately.

The following personal data will be collected from Users access and navigation around the Website such as the IP address and location. In this case as well as in other situations where we ask you to provide some personal details, our Privacy Policy applies. We invite you to take a look at it here.

Likewise, some of the Services may be subject to the Users having a valid EuroLeagueID. When obtaining an EuroLeagueID, you will be providing certain personal data to Euroleague Ventures SA according to its Privacy Policy. Please review the same to know more about said collection and processing of your personal data.

Prohibited uses

All the Content available on the EB Publications is made available to Users for internal viewing and reading purposes only unless otherwise expressly indicated. No other uses are permitted without EP’s prior approval. In particular, the download, reproduction, copy, distribution or commercialization of the Content without EP’s approval is prohibited.

Any authorised use of the Content shall in all cases respect the notes relating to intellectual property rights and other information that identifies the rights of EP or third parties that are attached to the Content, as well as any technical protection devices or any other information mechanisms that may be inserted in the Content.


Users undertake to make appropriate and legal use of the Website and its Content in accordance with legislation, these Terms, moral rectitude, generally accepted good practice and public order. Users shall not use the Website:

·         In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation,

·         In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect,

·         To cause damage to the physical or logical systems of EB Publications, its suppliers and third parties,

·         To attempt to access, use and/or manipulate the Website or the Content without authorisation.

Any User who wish to establish a hyperlink or link between their own website and the Website must obtain prior authorization from EP.


In order to access some of the Content, Users may be required to provide some personal details and/or to have a valid EuroLeagueID and log in with the same.

To this end, access to the Content of the Website using the EuroLeagueID of a registered user shall be understood to have been effected by the said registered user, who shall be liable in all cases for this access.

Intellectual Property Rights

Users hereby acknowledge and accept that all intellectual property rights pertaining to the Website, its source code, design, browser structure, databases, Content and/or any other elements included in the Website (trademarks, logos, trading names, texts, images, graphics, designs, sounds, databases, software, flow charts, presentation, look and feel, audio and video) are the property of EP or where expressly indicated, licensed to EP by third parties.

Under no circumstances shall access to the Website imply any kind of waiver, transfer, licence or grant of the said rights, whether wholly or in part, unless expressly otherwise established. These present Terms of the Website do not grant Users any right to use, alter, exploit, reproduce, download, distribute or publicly broadcast the Website and/or its Content other than the rights that are expressly set out for each piece of content or, in the absence of any such mention, in these Terms. The use or exploitation of any rights in any other way shall be subject to prior express authorisation, specifically granted to this end by EP or by the third party that owns the rights affected.


The Content on the Website is provided ‘as is’, and without warranties, representations or undertakings. EP tries to ensure that the Content available on the Website is accurate at the time of publication but it does not warrant that this is the case. EP makes no guarantees that the Website and/or the Content are free from so called computer viruses. It is strongly recommended that you check for such viruses before access the Website or its Content.

Nothing on the website constitutes any part of a contract unless otherwise expressly stated.

Any links within the Website to third party websites are not checked by EP and EP bears no responsibility for the content of external sites. If you access external sites through the Website, you do so at your own risk.

As a way of example and without limitation, EP shall not be liable for any damages that may result from:

·         Interruptions, viruses, technical problems, interferences, unavailability, failure of the telecommunication networks or the Users equipment which are not the EP’s responsibility,

·         Delays or unavailability of the Website and the Services due to maintenance or software updates, and or due to deficiencies or traffic overload on the Internet, in the communication network or the electricity grid, and

·         Any other event beyond EP’s direct control.


EP accepts no liability for any claims, penalties, loss or expenses arising from your use of the Website or access to the Content including: any reliance you might place on the Content of the Website; use of or inability to use the Website or access the Content; or any unauthorised use or access to the Website or Content.

Governing Law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg and any disputes that may arise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Luxembourgish courts.
